selling traditional and digital advertising. I began my
career handling all aspects of a $2 million/year
advertising budget for 10 locations. It has helped me
understand the unique challenges business owners
have in figuring out the best advertising for their
business. This is why I am passionate about testing
and verifying results. Without clear measurable results,
you don’t know what advertising is working and what
advertising is not. By measuring and delivering Key
Performance Indicators, I have successfully kept many
dozens of clients with our agency for almost 14 years.
I have recently spoken at several International
Internet Marketing Conferences, helping other agencies learn our methods in providing results and also
understanding why key performance indicators are so
